Where we ship
We ship nationwide across South Africa, and to our neighbours in Namibia, Botswana, Lesotho and Eswatini. International shipping is available on request — get in touch and we'll make a plan.
How long it takes
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery via courier takes 2–5 business days depending on your area. Rural areas may take a little longer.
What it costs
Flat-rate courier shipping of R99 anywhere in South Africa. Spend R1500 or more and shipping is on us — free.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Returns
30-day returns
Not feeling it? No stress. You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn, unwashed item with tags still attached for a full refund or exchange.
How to start a return
Email us with your order reference and the item you'd like to return. We'll send you instructions and a return address. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We'll exchange it as fast as we can — just tell us before stock runs out.
What we can't accept
We can't accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery — or on final-sale items marked as such.
